We consult with employers to make sure that their employee benefits programme is being utilised to maximum effect. Usually the starting point for our corporate financial planning service starts with an independent report on the current arrangements to make sure the cover in place is relevant and competitively priced.
After the report the corporate financial planning process will often lead to a dialog about how the current employee benefits can be communicated better to their workforce and reduce the time spent by our clients to administer the employee benefit programmes.
International employers regularly look at harmonising their benefits in each country to achieve a companywide standard. We can provide solutions and achieve discounts or dividends back to the employer through a pooling arrangement.
No fee is charged for our initial meeting and if we are then asked to provide our corporate financial planning service through offering services or further independent consultation, we will discuss with each individual client the most suitable basis on which fees will be charged. Many of our clients prefer our overall fixed fee offset by commissions received from the underlying insurance contract.
